I ran the checks against F35 and F36 *with updates-testing enabled* (so the beta freeze does not affect it at all). And then I even manually filtered out all false positives: - updates being pushed to "testing" or stuck in "pending" at different points in time - updates reaching my local mirror at different points in time So all entries in the list I posted are *actual, real problems caused by human error*.
