  I've passed ownership on to you. If I recall correctly I also had
taken a handful of perl packages that it depended on. I can't recall
the last time I touched them but I'll look at that list and see if
there are at least comaintainers on them. It has to be at least a
decade since I touched w3c-markup-validator as a user...
