I made a test build of kicad, and it works perfectly using your python3-wxpython4-4.1.2-0.1.dev5292+77fa6cf8.fc35.x86_64.rpm package. I hope that an official package can be added to rawhide when wxPython 4.1.2 is released by upstream.
