The problem change has been reverted. - In the mean time, a libzstd update broke systemd on armv7. https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2035802 A fix has been built, although i686 may still be broken. - And finally systemd-250 broke booting on aarch64 https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2036145 This cased the aarch64 cloud image to fail to boot.
