So, FYI, breakage here in composes was:

- A glibc update broke 'ldconfig -p' on armv7 on 2021-12-17.
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2034715
This caused pyudev to not be able to figure out where the udev library
was to load it, and anaconda calls that, so the armv7 images failed the
compose. The problem change has been reverted.

- In the mean time, a libzstd update broke systemd on armv7.
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2035802
A fix has been built, although i686 may still be broken.

- And finally systemd-250 broke booting on aarch64
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2036145
This cased the aarch64 cloud image to fail to boot.
I have untagged 250-1 and 250-2 for now.

Many thanks to all the maintainers who checked bugs and landed fixes/new
builds over the holidays.
