I picked up wsdl4j to prevent actions which would lead to tomcat, Dogtag, and
FreeIPA being orphaned over Christmas break.

There was no orphaning going to happen over the Christmas break: The next action that could impact any of the dependents of wsdl4j would be in 4 weeks, in the second half of January, when wsdl4j would be retired. That would lead to new bugzillas being opened and another 8 weeks of no response before any of the dependent would be orphaned -- that is mid-March.

I will be on PTO until January 10th, so for me January 13th when it
would have been retired is dangerously close to have any action
organized from Tomcat and Dogtag teams.
