Incomprehensible rpmlint error messages

Trying to review <https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2029219> "Review Request: zxing-cpp - C++ version of ZXing ("Zebra Crossing") barcode scanning library" on Fedora 35, `fedora-review -b 2029219` produces a 2029219-zxing-cpp/review.txt that states

and I don't understand what either the shlib-policy-name-error nor the invalid-ldconfig-symlink errors are actually about, and can't find any documentation.
