I think asking FESCo or Council people at any time is
appropriate.  But the email subject was "Questions for
Candidates..." and in my opinion that ship has sailed.

So, please, ask the current FESCo/Council these
questions.  But asking candidates to go out of
process is unfair to many/all (candidates and
electors).
