Quite a lot. In fact, it's best to think of Windows programs as being
exclusively 32-bit. Even 64-bit Windows programs usually ship with
32-bit installers, because otherwise they'd have no way to control what
happens on a 32-bit machine.
For what it's worth, we are trying to avoid depending on 32-bit host
libraries (except for some 32-bit MinGW libraries), but it's a long and
difficult process.
