Hello.
Rpmlint on Fedora 35 includes strange E: shlib-policy-name-error and E:
invalid-ldconfig-symlink checks. It complains about most of the built
RPM packages.

Fedora 34 with rpmlint 1.11-19.fc34:

Let's unpack RPM and test this manually:
$ objdump -p libkImageAnnotator.so.0.5.2 | grep SONAME
SONAME libkImageAnnotator.so.0
SOVERSION is 0 and 0.5.2 is just a symbolic link.
By the way, SOVERSION can consist of more than one digit. It can be
0.5.2 and this is not an error:

I think these checks are bogus and should be removed.
