I have been pointed by some web searched to askbot h
ttps://askbot.fedoraproject.org and the certificate expired on 27
July.

Common Name (CN)	askbot.fedoraproject.org
Common Name (CN)	R3
Organization (O)	Let's Encrypt
Issued On	Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at 1:11:05 AM
Expires On	Tuesday, July 27, 2021 at 1:11:05 AM

As the site have HSTS configured, there is no way to access it.

static_sts_domain: fedoraproject.org
static_upgrade_mode: FORCE_HTTPS
static_sts_include_subdomains: true
static_sts_observed: 1627672392
dynamic_sts_domain: fedoraproject.org
dynamic_upgrade_mode: FORCE_HTTPS

What's the right place to file a bug for this ?

Thanks in advance.
