ARM is a trickier proposition. Apple are never going to start selling M1s to other laptop makers, non-custom options like AllWinner and Rockchip are not serious, and custom development (like Microsoft Surface Pro X with its co-designed custom Snapdragon) will be very very expensive. > * More options?
