Among those sites are Upwork, Flexjobs, Freelancer, Fiverr, and lots lots more, which have different approaches to how one finds talent for your particular project, and the fees charged.
Too many sites. And package maintanance is niche on most them. E.g., Upwork has currently only one RPM packaging job listed. And most RPM searches return the abbreviation for "Page revenue per thousand impressions".
These freelancer sites usually list "create an src.rpm for me", while on that wiki page I meant to announce "maintain the package **in Fedora** for me".
Still, it does not block anyone to use the freelancer sites for payment as they usually has nice process for escrow.
