PSA: /usr/lib/rpm/redhat/brp-python-hardlink: No such file or directory [and how to solve it]

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

If you see the following error in a Rawhide mock build:

...
+ /usr/lib/rpm/redhat/brp-python-hardlink
/var/tmp/rpm-tmp.WFxggi: line 65: /usr/lib/rpm/redhat/brp-python-hardlink: No such file or directory
error: Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.WFxggi (%install)

Update your mock chroot from the "local" repository:

    $ mock -r fedora-rawhide-x86_64 --enablerepo=local --update

And don't clean it before running the build.

If you see the error in Koji, please let me know ASAP.
