This catalog gives the correct path for the PUBLIC "-//OASIS//DTD
DocBook XML V4.2//EN" DTD.

Unfortunately gutenprint.xml uses a hard-coded path, which is not
guaranteed to work on anyone's system except the author's.  The
!DOCTYPE at the top of the document should not use SYSTEM
"/usr/share/sgml/..." but the PUBLIC ID above.
