So it seem that the date format for changelog in .spec file are somewhat different between package. Rust2rpm produce a format, the same that automatic scratch build produce. But there are developer that use another format in there package.
Maybe fedora should have a standard to follow to have less confusion between packager and reduce the burden to know the preference of the packager of each package.
i have no preference over one another, be it without precise time or with it down to the seconds. I think fedora should have a standard to follow.
