Whenever technically possible, we add our new Python macros to EPEL 7+.
Sometimes, we even backport them to plain RHEL 8+.

This can (and will) be done for the proposed "import test" macro.

However, the pyproject RPM macros use RPM features not yet available in RHEL 8, so we won't be adding those.
