That's what is going to happen - the openssh-server package will follow
upstream default (PermitRootLogin without-password), and Anaconda will
drop the option of changing the sshd config.

Sry, I meant _leave_ the *option* in Anaconda, but just ensure it's toggled OFF by default ( if that's not what it already does).
