CentOS Stream : No matching package to install: 'python3-pytest-runner'

Hi all,

I get the following error with CentOS Stream builds on COPR:

No matching package to install: 'python3-pytest-runner'
Not all dependencies satisfied
Error: Some packages could not be found.

It works great for EL8 and EL7.  I was just curious what is involved in getting this package added to the upstream repository?

Thoughts/Advice?
