What you - as Fedora packager - find most time consuming on packaging?
Where you will welcome more simplicity or automation?

Deciphering whatever packaging guidelines have changed since the last time I looked and trying to figure out how to update packages to adhere to them even though nobody audits the package set anyway.

Followed closely by taking whatever the upstream tracking service does and manually applying it and rebuilding it.  It would be so much better if it just filed a PR and kicked off a scratch build as part of the ci.
