I can't comment on the mirrors, those should be all over the world, so
perhaps you are just hitting a slow one near you?

I tried it several times over, getting different mirrors ( i hope ) and they all failed, while i got 10mb/s from stable mirros for F33.

atm it's  ftp.rrze.uni-erlangen.de. So no connection to the koji datacenter.
