I think it's still uploading the
kicad-packages3d-5.1.8-2.fc34.noarch.rpm from the builders.
Give it some more time.

They've started closing now, it's just weird for all of them to be in the same place at the same time. Usually x86_64 is the first to finish (sometimes by a long shot) with the ARM ones finishing last.
