I came to the same conclusion reading that document. No "%if for
Source files, unless maybe is for an actually distinct source file
that will never be in the relevant SRPM for any enviroment samba.spec
does that with the Sourcefile and URL for "rc" tarballs. Bundling
Source files only for specific architectures is very similar to
bundling them only for specific operating system releases, and creates
just the same problems.
