I think that being able to easily install/revert and run pipewire as default in the F33 release will result in the confidence that it is ready (or at least mostly ready) and does not impact most of the Fedora community, which would presumably make the decision to move forward non-controversial. And non-controversial well tested (or testable) is presumably a goal. I, for one, would be happy to run pipewire on my daily F33 driver if I did not have to currently jump through so many hoops to do so. _______________________________________________ devel mailing list -- devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send an email to devel-leave@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Fedora Code of Conduct: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/code-of-conduct/ List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
