As I understand it, the retrace server doesn't serve debuginfo - it
consumes it.  An exception appears to be the "symbol transfer" machinery
(faf/pull/387 ?), but even there it appears to memoize individual symbol
table lookup results, as opposed to transferring debuginfo dwarf files.

It would be possible to make faf a client of debuginfod, so such a
server could run in more places, not just at fedora HQ.
