I've filed a bug for opencv:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1878320

I feel like we could just do what Debian does and give each opencv lib
its own subpackage. That'd certainly isolate the deps so anything that
uses opencv only pulls in the deps of the opencv lib(s) it actually
uses.
