Ahoy!

So in case anyone noticed these went missing...yeah, I just realized
today, and it's because the SMTP server hostname the reporter was
configured to use no longer exists since the infra move :/ I fixed
that, and now we're getting them again.

Current status in a nutshell:

* FreeIPA issues I'm broadly assuming are all
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1866570 for now, will
triage in more detail once we think that's resolved
* desktop_background failures are because Fedora 33 backgrounds aren't
in yet: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1869892
* Workstation base_services_start failure is because of SELinux:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1862686
* Cyrillic failure is an anaconda UI issue:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1822787
* upgrade_2 failures are all because Fedora 31 doesn't have the Fedora
33 (or 34) RPM signing keys yet,
https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2020-bdb8b52e12
fixes that, once that's stable I'll regenerate the base disk images
used for those tests and it should work
