Yes, you need to wait for kojira to fire off a newrepo and have that
complete. 

You can wait for this with: 

koji wait-repo --build=wxGTK-3.1.4-1.fc33 f33-build-side-26816

Once that completes successfully, you can do the next builds in the
side-tag.
