So -9 is currently in the buildroot.  -10 should hit relatively soon.  I've
verified -10 will build libguestfs and itself.  I've also verified all the
programs in the binutils packages have no absolute symbols.

I still plan to download all the mass-rebuild binaries and look for absolute
symbols.  THat will tell us every package that should be rebuilt with binutils-
2.35-10.
