There is really nothing more to discuss here, and I cannot really see you are making a productive contribution to technical debate in Fedora by continuing this thread, especially given the misinformation which others have already had to correct. If you are struggling to adapt existing servers from mod_php to php-fpm please use the users list to ask for help. Fedora 33 will not include mod_php - end of story.
