It should be added to the relevant comps groups, but I think 'yum upgrade' needs to also learn about upgrading groups. (Side note, this is another example of where the 'yumdb' command would come in handy if there were a dnf equivalent; I wouldn't have been able to do those sqlite queries myself.)
