Fedora should absolutely CONTINUE supporting  BIOS boot (sometimes wrongly labeled "legacy BIOS").

Some of the finest hardware around uses trusty BIOS and we already have enough planned obsolescence in other areas for invalid reasons.

BIOS will be cherished for decades to come! 
Fedora does not want to lose out in the huge BIOS based market.
