I reached out to the other KDE-based deliverables. If other spins
owners want to sign on, I'd welcome them on board. I agree that it
makes sense to do it more broadly.

Yeah, I'm planning to copy/paste the implementation from Workstation,
the way I did the proposal text (thanks, Chris!)
