You can make a <your-fas-id>@fedoraproject.org account, but without an override on the fedora side it will not be assigned or cc'ed on bugs and won't get added to the groups that fedora packages and qa folks get added to. (So you can't set flags, etc) You can override it on our side (as mentioned upthread with the place and file to submit a PR against). Then your @fedoraproject.org will be used for bugzilla and everything else where fas provides an email address. Does that make sense? kevin
