I've uploaded libqb 2.0.0 into rawhide which has a soname bump. It's currently built on side-tag f33-build-side-23348 and I'll release it when I think everything is built. Most of the dependencies are in my (HA cluster) team so I can chat with them and get things built, and I've emailed the maintainer of usbguard. If anyone else thinks they might be dependent on libq then please build on that side-tag and let me know. Hopefully it can all be sorted by next week.
