No, this is not possible now (in koji). buildArch and buildSRPMFromSCM share the
same buildroot, so it is not possible to do that without significant changes.
And I also don't like it even if it could work (sidetag plugin can be changed
without much pain) as it would contradict normal usage - if you're not able to
recreate srpm in a given buildroot then it is 99.9% broken.
