Under f31:
$ dnf repoquery --whatprovides u2f-hidraw-policy
u2f-hidraw-policy-0:1.0.2-10.fc31.x86_64

Under f32:
$ dnf repoquery --whatprovides u2f-hidraw-policy
systemd-0:245.4-1.fc32.x86_64
