Tried to upgrade this workstation from F31 to F32 beta. The old errors did
not show up, but now I'm getting these new ones:

Error:
Problem 1: package python2-matplotlib-2.2.5-1.fc31.x86_64 requires python2-backports-functools_lru_cache, but none of the providers can be installed
  - package python2-matplotlib-2.2.5-1.fc31.x86_64 requires python2.7dist(backports.functools-lru-cache), but none of the providers can be installed
  - python2-backports-functools_lru_cache-1.5-6.fc31.noarch does not belong to a distupgrade repository
  - problem with installed package python2-matplotlib-2.2.5-1.fc31.x86_64
Problem 2: package python2-matplotlib-2.2.5-1.fc31.x86_64 requires python2-cycler >= 0.10.0, but none of the providers can be installed
  - package python2-matplotlib-2.2.5-1.fc31.x86_64 requires python2.7dist(cycler) >= 0.10, but none of the providers can be installed
  - package python2-matplotlib-tk-2.2.5-1.fc31.x86_64 requires python2-matplotlib(x86-64) = 2.2.5-1.fc31, but none of the providers can be installed
  - python2-cycler-0.10.0-10.fc31.noarch does not belong to a distupgrade repository
  - problem with installed package python2-matplotlib-tk-2.2.5-1.fc31.x86_64

I nuked python2-matplotlib and python2-matplotlib-tk, and it was able to
proceed. One thing that looked odd is that it's downgrading a bunch of
packages, including the kernel:

 kernel-tools x86_64 5.5.0-0.rc6.git0.1.fc32 fedora 190 k
 kernel-tools-libs x86_64 5.5.0-0.rc6.git0.1.fc32 fedora 21 k
 kernel-tools-libs-devel x86_64 5.5.0-0.rc6.git0.1.fc32 fedora 14 k

I wonder if I'm hitting an out-of-date mirror? The other system I just
updated had a 5.6.0-0.rc kernel out of the gate..
