That's a good point, I've asked upstream if that is actually the case
or whether the dependency replaced previous logic which would also
need to be restored to get the same level of accuracy.
Upstream reply wasn't exactly helpful. Dunno, I suppose I'll go for the
patch after all so that I'm not stuck with old version.
