Users can read the update text with the updateinfo dnf subcommand. For
example:

$ dnf updateinfo --info FEDORA-2019-ed226e6112
Last metadata expiration check: 0:02:22 ago on Wed 15 Jan 2020 01:45:20 PM EST.
