Suspicious file in /usr/lib64

Koschei has informed me that Cryptlib fails to build in F31 on the ppc64le platform.
The build error is an upackaged file "/usr/lib64/st8bPtV6" which obviously should never
exist at all.

https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/work/tasks/6682/39076682/build.log

I've tried to reproduce the failed build on the PPC64LE testsystem but I couldn't get the
test system to perform like the failed build.
Has anyone seen something similar with such an exclusive build failure on PPC64LE?
Can anyone point me into the direction how to handle this (except waiting for the problem to go away).

Ralf
