I'm not sure if this support ever existed in the Linux ports of XFS,
but Fedora Core 3 shipped with Linux kernel 2.6.9:

Fedora Core 4 shipped with 2.6.11:
https://archive.fedoraproject.org/pub/archive/fedora/linux/core/4/x86_64/iso/
