The rebuilds have finished and jsoncpp is updated to 1.9.2 (so.22) in
Rawhide.  The maintainers of third party repos may want to check whether
some of their packages need a rebuild.

Two packages, qpid-proton [1] and vfrnav [2], were FTBFS for unrelated
reasons.  See the FTBFS bugs below.
