I can't reproduce this odd behavior, the "Name" field has nothing to do 
with the query performed in the "Builds" field.

When typing in the "Builds" field a search is performed directly over 
Koji for builds which have the {*-updates-candidate} tag, so new 
packages should appear as soon as Koji tags them.
