if you missed the actual comment requesting you to reopen it, a needinfo
reminder is with 50% successfull and 50% not, but in the later case,
it's a 100% nerf for sure ;)

I can tell you what i was when i got it:  surprised.  Getting a report
for a closed bug from 2018.

And it caused more trouble as you may think, because removing the need
info flags, caused a dozen or more mails per bug to anyone in CC, qa
addresses etc. etc.  just to learn, that it's an age old duplicate bug,
wthat was changed.

In the end, it will cause more harm, than that one guy, who really
missed a call to finally answere a question.
