Okay, so here's the problem.  Not only have you not been maintaining
your packages, but you also haven't been communicating with *anyone* as
far as I can tell.  You certainly haven't been answering your NEEDINFOs
on bugzilla.

Do you plan to hand off packages you no longer have time for?  For
instance, wine is being handled by mooninite, and dosbox by fcami, but
they're not primary maintainer.  More importantly, what about packages
for which you have no co-maintainer?

Yes, I'm happy to help with that.  My understanding is that we need to
coordinate moving the terminfo files with ncurses and that's the only
obstacle.  So it requires commit bits.

Are your comaintainers runcom and jamielinux inactive?
