This is https://github.com/fedora-infra/bodhi/issues/3471 biting us. I have
removed the updates without builds from the push so that we can resume it.
The bug is not easy to reproduce, but we could just eject from the updates
that don't have a build from the push to prevent the failure.
I've resumed the pushes...
