Sure, but I no longer have the resources to actively look into what
causes the build failures---whatever they may be.

Because it can only be retired from F31 before Final Freeze---and that
for F31 is on 2019-10-08

Thanks for your input. I always appreciate it. However, I'm the
maintainer here so it would not be wrong to assume that I decide whether
the reason is good enough or not. In this case:

- upstream maintains and supports the package officially on
  Debian---they even provide paid support:
  https://freemedforms.com/en/downloads/root
- upstream no longer makes the development code available (for reasons
  that are not worth discussing here):
  https://freemedforms.com/en/downloads/sources

So, I would prefer it be retired, but fine I've orphaned it and will let
the process retire it eventually.
