This is exactly the problem (and the bad liberation-fonts Obsoletes is indeed in the GA repo, so the only workaround was to bump the Epoch of liberation-narrow-fonts to 2 to evade the wrong Obsoletes – if the bad Obsoletes had not been versioned at all, we would have been screwed).
