Then it would be nice if the koji would display something like

    Output -  already deleted

instead of just

    Output

Do I have enough permissions trigger a rebuild if I'm not the owner of
the python-asynctest package?

Ok, but why wasn't/isn't the newer build linked from that commit overview:

    https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-asynctest/c/f7a6e498607f4635ec76c4759e8b51b3ea9367ab?branch=master

It just shows 6 older garbage collected attempts.
