I think whatever it is, it will need to be tunable. I expect that as
soon as we make it say wait 20 minutes before blanking, we will get
multiple tickets because someone came in found the box had not on
after 3 days of waiting and thought it was broken.. with the usual 'If
I want to burn in my monitor, I damn well should be able to'
